Terms Of Service

TERMS OF SERVICE AS OF 6/28/25By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:General:
1) Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at anytime. You are only subject to the TOS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.
2) I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.
3) All artwork is transferred digitally and privately via email or discord.
4) I WILL draw: fanart, OCs (Original Characters), photograph references, anthropomorphic/furry characters, feral characters, people, slight violence
5) I will NOT draw: intense violence, NSFW (Not Safe For Work), bara (intense muscles), mecha, inappropriate themesPayment:
1) Payments will only be accepted through PayPal and Ko-Fi in USD. I require full payment before starting a commission. If opting to use PayPal, once I accept your commission I will send an invoice due in 3 days. Once the invoice is paid, I will start your commission. If the invoice is not paid, I will cancel the commission and you will have to fill out another form. If using Ko-Fi follow the instructions once you select your commission type!
2) Tipping is not required but greatly appreciated! :D <3Deadlines:
1) Depending on my workload (in which you can check via my queue), the turnaround time should take no longer than 1-2 weeks. I will provide an estimate time for completion, and/or indicate if or when there is a delay in completing your commission. You may request a WIP (Work In Progress) at any time!Usage Policy:
1) My artwork is for personal use only. No commercial use of my artwork is allowed unless specified. I reserve the right to my artwork and the right to post it.
2) All commissions are assumed to be privately exchanged unless agreed upon to be posted publicly with proper credit.
3) I will NOT remove any watermarks unless specified for commercial use.Refunds:
1) I WILL NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS! No refunds will be issued once artwork has been completed nor if the artwork has not already been started.
2) If I am requested to stop working on the commission, the current WIP will be sent and no form of refund will be issued.
